Child & Youth Mental Health Service

Eastern Health’s Child & Youth Mental Health Service (CYMHS) is a free, specialist program supporting children, adolescents, and young adults up to 25 years old who are experiencing complex or severe emotional, behavioural, or mental health challenges. Services include individual, family, and group therapies, psychiatric care, and community outreach, with a focus on recovery-oriented, culturally safe, and inclusive care for families across Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.

Parentline

Parentline Victoria is a free, confidential telephone counselling service available to all Victorian parents and carers of children aged 0–18, operating daily from 8am to midnight. Staffed by qualified professionals, it offers support on a wide range of parenting issues—from child behaviour and development to family relationships and parental stress—and can connect families with local services as needed.
